Program delivery

Program overview

Our 24-module Transformational Change: How Leaders Shape Culture programme is a modern leadership development experience designed for leaders working in high-risk, high-performance industries such as mining, construction, transport, defence, oil and gas, and manufacturing.

Developed by global experts in leadership, psychology, operations, and organisational culture, this programme delivers 24 concise, high-impact micro-modules, each approximately 10 minutes long.

The content is interactive, practical, and thought-provoking, drawing on real-world experience and underpinned by the

Socratic learning method.

Each module encourages individual reflection and group discussion to build understanding, challenge assumptions, and promote cultural leadership practices.

Learning outcomes

  • That culture cannot be mandated; it can only be fostered through leadership, communication, and engagement.
  • How to establish compelling direction, align teams, and inspire people intrinsically and extrinsically.
  • The myths and realities of leadership.
  • Why people and organisations resist change, and what leaders can do about it.
  • How to make culture change ‘stick’.
  • The impact of reward systems and the ethical use of power.
  • How to negotiate culture change in complex environments with competing stakeholders.
  • The building blocks of high-functioning teams, development, and decision-making.
  • How to embed sustainability, creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement into cultural transformation.
  • How to leave behind a cultural legacy that endures.

A certificate of attendance is provided at the end.  There are no prerequisites and no formal qualifications required.

Benefits of the Transformational Change Program

Culture is the invisible force behind safety, performance, and long-term resilience in high-risk industries.  Yet, too often, leaders are promoted into positions of influence without being equipped to shape that culture effectively.

This programme exists because:

Leadership sets the tone

Your leader’s words, actions, and decisions reinforce or erode culture.

Culture eats strategy

Most fail because leaders underestimate resistance to change.

Modern leaders need modern tools

Workplaces are complex, and traditional leadership models are no longer enough.

Frontline engagement is essential

The best way to engage is through leaders who model the behaviours they expect.

Change doesn't stick without reinforcement

Shaping culture requires consistency, reflection, and courage.

This program is not just about developing better leaders; it’s about creating safer, more engaged, and more sustainable workplaces.  If you want your people to follow you through change, you must show them how to lead it.
